Perdido Elementary/Middle School was well represented at the State Technology Fair held on May 1, at Auburn University Montgomery.  Students were eligible to compete at the state fair if they place 1^st or 2^nd at the Regional Fair held in March.  These students began their projects in October, competed at Regional's on March 18^th, and fine-tuned them for the state fair on May 1.

The two teams from Perdido that qualified for state were:  Andy Jordan and Cleve Corley; General Applications - Level 2.  They created an ‘Iron Bowl' calendar which featured some of their favorite players and games.  Anna Dobson, Anne and Jennifer Modispacher; General Applications - Level 3, created a time line for both the University of Alabama and Auburn University.  Their project included historical photographs from the 1800's to the present for both universities.
